What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. Reception is open 8am to 8pm, and virtual check-in is available 24 hours a day, so you never need to worry about reception hours.

How far is the hotel from the beach?

The Beachliner is on Main Avenue in Ocean Grove, just 75 steps from the beach.

Is breakfast included? Is it kosher?

Yes. A complimentary enhanced continental breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 10:00am, and kosher breakfast is included. Coffee, lemonade and homemade cookies are also set out in the lobby.

Who certifies the kosher breakfast?

Do you provide beach passes, towels and bikes?

The hotel offers beach towels and bikes. Discounted beach passes are available for purchase in the lobby; they are not free. Joining the email list gets you 2 free beach passes with your first stay.

What's in the rooms?

Rooms include a flat-screen TV with cable, free high-speed WiFi, mini fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer, towels and robes, toiletries, iron, alarm clock, and air conditioning and heating, plus daily housekeeping.

Does every room have a private bathroom?

Every room has its own private bath. In some rooms, such as the Hideaway King and Tideside Deluxe, that private bathroom is just outside the room, across the hall.

Is there an elevator?

No. The historic Victorian building has four floors and no elevator, and the stairs are steep. Guests who prefer fewer stairs can request a lower-floor room; the Shoreline Studio is on the ground floor with a private entrance.

Which rooms work for families or groups of four?

The Shoreline Studio (King, Queen and sofa bed), Tideside Deluxe (two Queens), and the Horizon Suite, Royal Saltair, Seashell and Driftshore rooms (King and Queen beds) suit families or friends.

Is parking available?
